What are the pouch dimensions?


Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly. Original EO Pouches: 3.5" x 5.25" and hold five 5 ml bottles or four 15 ml bottles Clear Front EO Pouches: 3.25" x 5" and hold five 5 ml bottles Hand Sanitizer Pouches: 2" x 4.5" without the carabiner and 2: x 5.5" with the carabiner

Material Designations and Care Instructions


  • Vintage: These pouches are hand made from rare and unique vintage material. Limited quantities are available. These pouches are machine washable. We recommend air or line drying.
  • Limited Edition: These pouch patterns are unique and limited quantities are available. These pouches are machine washable. We recommend air or line drying.
  • Repurposed: These pouches are created using material that has been repurposed. Limited quantities exist. These pouches are machine washable. We recommend air or line drying.
  • Gunlocke Vinyl: This pouch is created using high end vinyl with a soft and buttery feel and leathery look. We recommend that this pouch not be machine washed, instead spot cleaned with a mild soap and water.
  • Clear Front Pouches: We recommend that these pouches should be hand washed and air or line dried.

You may order our products on-line, any time!




Gift Orders


We currently do not offer gift certificates for our items, although you may request that we send your item as a gift to a very lucky recipient. We will happily not include pricing with the gift, but we are able to enclose a gift card if you would like.

Our Website is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layers). This ensures that all data that travels between your browser and our Web server remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard used by millions of Websites to protect online customer information and transactions.





SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?


We ship all merchandise via the USPS using First Class postage and can provide tracking information. We ship all items so as to arrive to addresses in the continental U.S. within 4 business days of shipment date. We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO addresses, in addition to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Unanticipated circumstances beyond our control (weather, recipient not home, air transportation delays), prevent us from guaranteeing a delivery date for your items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the combined package weight. Ask us about shipping discounts on bulk orders.




Do you offer gift shipping?


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, we will ship the item to the gift recipient and withhold all pricing information. We will also include a gift card so that the recipient knows who to thank.





EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Can items be returned or replaced?


Items are replaceable only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If the item you received is in this category, please contact us immediately at info@notjustforthebeach.com for instructions on how to return the item. Please do not mail an item to us before you take this important step and obtain our concurrence. You may be asked to supply us with photos of the defect or damage so that we may authorize your return. We sell Vintage and Limited Edition items, many of which we may not be able to replace. Satisfaction issues concerning these items will be handled on a case by case basis.

Do you offer refunds?


We aim to please. If you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact us immediately via our Contact page or email us at info@notjustforthebeach.com. We will give you 10 days from time of receipt of the merchandise to request a return or exchange for an item bought online in a verified purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. If a return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item is faulty (see Exchanges and Returns, above). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
